Velora Systems Inc. services are platform independent.  It doesn’t matter who manufactured the hardware or software, we can work on it. We offer various IT services, including but not limited to:

  • Conduct management and user surveys to identify business requirements for IT systems as well as budget and timeframe limitations.

  • Setting up secure encrypted connections over Internet (Virtual Private Network).
  • True private networks (bypassing the Internet altogether) – through our business partners.
  • Internal and external e-mail servers and/or gateways including popular groupware products such as Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise, and Lotus Notes/Domino.

  • Set up, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of all makes and models of computers.
  • Full on-site or depot service.

  • As an added convenience to our customers, we offer a full range of hardware and software products. Though it is not our core business, our prices are often lower than those of retail or our competitors.

  • We can help your business organize its workflow with custom forms and proper document filing structure for easy search and retrieval.
  • We can create and help you to utilize application Macros (a powerful but often misunderstood and underutilized means of making applications such as word processing and spreadsheets faster and simpler).

Regular Maintenance and Service Contracts

  • We can create a regular maintenance schedule tailored to your system’s specific needs thus preventing many costly problems in the future.
  • In some cases, we can offer a service plan covering hardware replacement parts and related labour costs (subject to technical assessment).

  • We provide 24 hours a day; 7 days a week telephone, remote, and/or on site support tailored to your business needs.
